Information we collect
When you send a care request, call, text or email, you choose what to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, your animal's details, the care they need, the dates you are considering and your veterinarian's contact information. We only collect what you send us.
How we use it
Your information is used to answer your request, arrange and provide care for your animal, and coordinate with your veterinarian when you have asked us to. We may keep records of a stay so that a returning animal's routine, diet and medications are remembered correctly.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for. Information is shared outside the business only with your veterinarian at your request, or where the law requires it.
This website
Care requests submitted on this site are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered to Dawn. The site may record basic, aggregated usage information such as which pages are visited, in order to keep the site working well. It does not build advertising profiles about you.
Keeping and deleting information
Care records are kept for as long as they are useful for your animal's care. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging care for an animal, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
